Crawfish Boil Pie
Our tribute to bayou country is inspired by the two iconic pillars of South Louisiana indoor and outdoor cooking: the roux and the boil. We start with the trinity and toss in the standards - cayenne, paprika, black pepper, bay leaves. Put on our own stamp with fresh thyme and a touch of coriander. Seal the deal with Crystal. And, of course, only Louisiana crawfish.
